Cancellation policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days, stating the reason. The 30-day withdrawal period begins on the day the goods were accepted.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform the seller (MAYAN, Torweg 40, 74626 Bretzfeld, Germany, info@mayan-fashion.de) of the decision to withdraw from this contract (via letter or email) and state the reason. The following sample withdrawal form may also be used for this purpose.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that the cancellation of the contract is sent before the expiry of the cancellation period.

If the contract is canceled, the seller must refund all payments made, including delivery costs, promptly and no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation to the original payment method, unless both parties agree on an alternative method. Any fees of any kind incurred in this process shall be borne by the buyer.

Refunds may be refused until we have received the goods back or until we have provided proof that the goods have been returned properly.

Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The buyer shall bear the costs of return shipping. The buyer shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary to check the quality, properties, and functioning of the goods.
