Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days with a reason. The 30-day period for withdrawal begins on the day the goods were received.
The right of withdrawal can also be exercised via the electronic withdrawal function "Withdrawal" provided on the website under GENERAL.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform the seller (MAYAN, Torweg 40, 74626 Bretzfeld, Germany, info@mayan-fashion.de) with a reason (via letter or email) of their decision to withdraw from this contract. The sample withdrawal form below can also be used for this purpose.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If the contract has been withdrawn, the seller must refund the payments made, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day of withdrawal to the original payment method, unless both parties agree on another method. Should any fees of any kind arise, these are to be borne by the buyer.

Repayment may be withheld until the goods have been returned or proof has been provided that the return has been properly sent back.

Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal. The costs for the return are to be borne by the buyer. The buyer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
