Shipping time
As a rule, your order will be shipped via DHL within 24 to 48 hours.
Shipping
Shipping is insured and carried out by DHL. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are €4.99 within Germany, and €7.99 to other EU countries. If you are located in another country and would like to order from us, please contact us via our contact form.
Free shipping on orders over €89.

Shipping is insured and carried out by DHL. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are €7.99.
Please note: customs fees and taxes may apply, as the recipient is liable for these charges.
Returns
Should one of our products not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, processing and refunding it takes 14 days.
Our products may only be returned unused, in their original packaging, unwashed and in perfect condition. In addition, all labels and other tags must still be attached to the product.

Complaints
Should an item delivered by us be defective in any way and the 30-day return period has already expired, please contact us by email at team@mayan-fashion.de, quoting your order number.
It is best to send us photos that clearly show the defect.
